Released in conjunction with Witness to War: Remembering 1942, an exhibition organised by the National Museum of Singapore is a set of twelve adapted wartime recipes by Christopher Tan contemporised for the modern tastebuds.
The recipes are curated by mealtimes; lunch, teatime and dinner. When fanned out, the deck creates a seamless gradient from noon to dusk, doubling as a visual timescale.
